Most of my adult life I spent blundering in circles and could not find a happy and peaceful place. I travelled a lot, and spent many years in various countries as an expat (Britain, Switzerland, Israel, Nepal, to name a few). But I realized I just kept running away, and decided to settle down back in Prague, where I was originally born. But still, something was missing.
Then I set out on the path of self-knowledge and self-discovery, which lead me inevitably to a more self-aware and conscious life. I gradually came to realize my trauma, fears, hidden and unconscious cognitive, emotional, behaviour patterns, which not just influenced, but created my life. They all formed throughout childhood. And they were the obstacles to a content life, lived fully, in harmony with my true self, with the world. I began to peel off the layers of ego and drop my masks, discover my true nature. And finally relaxed into it.
I am still on the path of exploration and recovery of my potential and talents. The path is beautiful and fulfilling. In therapy, I try to pass this course of personal development to adults, as well as children. I help adults to process their supressed emotional, unconscious baggage. I show them which old and unnecessary habits to drop. With children, we can analyze their situation instantly and prevent trauma or addiction from ocurring.
